We went through UAT (user acceptance test). A lot of feedback. Most of it was incorporated as long as it did not influence the focus of the portal: career orientation. It is a process that requires effort from the participant. The worst feedback was about not being that commercial. The best feedback was: “I feel that somebody is speaking to me like to a smart person and really cares with no bull..it involved.”
